Returns & Exchanges

• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order items.
• Accessories (unless damaged or defective).

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
